I've been back and forth educating myself with FRP preparing to tune an engine that will be going into my project next weekend. Can't blame FRP to much on this incident, But still not happy about my PCM being sent to another customer with my personal information. Contacted FRP and just got a "sorry, we will cover next day shipping" which is fine besides I've been waiting for my PCM to get my car up and running! and now i have to wait even more to hopefully get it and hope the other customer didn't tamper with it and HOPE my tune will work on it.
$250 bucks spent on this service and this happens is not right
This is not quite true, Brandon.
You heard from my staff, myself, and Chris Boegler from American Muscle, all inside of the same business day that this came to light. It is stated on the website that the unlocks are not performed in house, and thus, *we* did not ship your PCM to the wrong address. But we're still taking care of it, regardless.
We can't change the fact that it happened, and the fastest way to address that it happened, is to expedite the part to you, which is what we did. Even though we had nothing to do with your PCM going to the wrong address.
