FRP HP Tuners Remote Tuning

Our HP Tuners remote tuning services typically cover 1998–2024 Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, and Ram vehicles. JTEC (3 plug PCM) Tuning can be found here

⏱️ Tuning Window (Read First)

ALL tuning services are sold as a time window.

  • 90 days from the first tune file sent

  • All revisions, log reviews, and support must occur within this window

  • Time left over is not refundable . 

  • Delays due to hardware, missing logs, or lack of response still count toward the 90 days

⚠️ Hardware Compatibility

We stock and ship HP Tuners MPVI4 interfaces.

MPVI4 does NOT support:

  • JTEC

  • JTEC+

  • JTEC+B

  • NGC3 (04-06 Hemi, 05-06 4.0 Jeep, 04-06 3.7/4.7)

If your vehicle uses one of these controllers, you must supply:

  • HP Tuners MPVI2, OR MPVI2 OR MPVI3 or
  • A compatible SCT device
  • We do not sell MPVI3 or SCT devices.

Tuning Options

Canned HP Tuners Tuning

For stock or mild bolt-on vehicles.

Common supported mods:

  • Cold air intakes

  • Intake manifolds

  • Modified or aftermarket throttle bodies

  • Headers & exhaust

Not for:

  • Aftermarket camshafts

  • Non-OEM injectors

  • Ported or aftermarket heads

Misuse is the customer’s responsibility.

✔️ One complimentary canned-tune update included on most platforms (when available).

Hellfire 2.0 Canned Tuning

For vehicles running the FRP Hellfire 2.0 camshaft only.
No substitutes or equivalents.

Custom N/A HP Tuners Tuning

Required for:

  • Aftermarket cams

  • Headwork

  • Forged internals

  • Stroker engines

ALL engine swaps (including JSS swaps) require custom tuning.

Wideband O₂ + datalogging required.

Custom Forced Induction Tuning

Required for all supercharged or turbocharged applications.

Includes:

  • 2-bar or 3-bar MAP conversion

  • Larger injectors

  • Boost-based fueling & timing

Wideband O₂ + datalogging required.

Canned → Custom Upgrade

For customers who outgrow canned tuning.

Wideband O₂ + datalogging required.

Retune for Additional Mods

For vehicles already custom tuned with new changes added.

Wideband O₂ + datalogging required.

Final Notes

  • 1996–1998 JTEC vehicles are tuned at owner’s risk

  • We do not provide a discounted service for "base" tunes. Base maps are for Hondas. 

  • All tuning is completed by FRP (Ryan)
