Ryan is the man! Extremely helpful and respectful
My experience with Ryan is hard to describe. There are a lot of words that come to mind, but the one I'll use is excellent. He has exceeded every expectation, and gone above and beyond. The guy truly cares about his customers and their vehicles. I bought a 2017 ram 2500 with a 6.4 hemi for my wife, to replace her 2016 1500 5.7 because we were having another baby, and needed a bigger cab to fit 2 car seats. Theenginw in the new truck needed rebuilt, so I rebuilt it and deleted the MDS, and had Ryan do the tuning on it. The truck ran awesome for.a couple months, until I filled up one day and got bad gas. I hauled the truck back to my shop, drained 32 gallons of gas out of it, and about half of it was water. Long story short, after 2 weeks of diagnosing the truck and finding multiple issues caused by the bad gas, the truck kept throwing lean codes for both banks. Ryan was willing to review data logs for me to help pinpoint the issue. We ended up agreeing that the injectors were most likely the cause, and they fixed the issue. Ryan did this for me without hesitation, and I'm confident he would do the same for any of his customers. If you are unsure of who to have do your tuning, read other tuner's reviews and see if there are any that describe a similar situation. You can find a lot of people to tune your vehicle, but good luck finding one as good as Ryan, that will also bend over backwards to help sort out an issue down the road because it's the right thing to do.
