I received my PCM back that I shipped down. Other than it being packaged differently, I cannot tell if any service was performed. No note, no feedback nothing other than the paperwork I shipped out. Odd and non communicative. Disappointed. I had higher expectations after using FRP for tuning my other truck. Of course I dealt directly with Ryan, so maybe that's the difference. I'm certain it's probably good but would have thought something would be included? Saying service performed or unit service completed.
Always great to do business with FRP. Great products , quick shipping, no issues.
