- We charge a 20% restocking fee for returns
- Returns must be made within 30 days. We do not accept returns where the packaging has been opened.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, not having been installed and in some cases opened, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, log into your customer portal and request a return. You may also contact us at info@frptuning.com. You are responsible for shipping the package to us via UPS or FedEx only.
PLEASE WRITE RMA # + Order Number on the outside of the box. (i.e. RMA# 4665). Failing to do so will lengthen the processing time)
When the package is received and inspected, a decision on what/if any is eligible for return will be communicated to you via the contact information you provide.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Info@frptuning.com or kara@frptuning.com.)
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom/Special order items are not eligible for return/refund under any circumstances. This includes converters, throttle bodys, custom grind cams, fuel upgrades, pistons etc. It is solely our decision to accept or deny any returns.
We do not offer returns on clearance items, clothing, hats or any parts that have been installed (including failed attempts) or items that have been tampered with. In some cases security seals and original packaging will be required to be intact for consideration. (i.e. Gaskets)
No refunds on gift cards or store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded within 72 hours on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
