Hemi Phaser Limiters/Lockouts

Hemi Phaser limiter kits are specially designed pieces that restrict camshaft phaser sweep. While this technology provides fuel efficiency and the ability to always be in the best position for maximum power, regardless of engine rpm, it does present some limitations when it comes to performance. With such a wide range of valve timing movement, there is very little piston to valve clearance, which limits you to small cam profiles with little overlap.

Hemi Phaser Lock insert is designed to permanently lock your Gen 3 Hemi Phaser.  This modification is often required when using a performance and/or racing camshaft. This phaser lock is designed with an interference fit and has no provision for removal. So, the VVT function of the phaser will not be able to be restored once this lock is installed.
