This is not quite true, Brandon.
You heard from my staff, myself, and Chris Boegler from American Muscle, all inside of the same business day that this came to light. It is stated on the website that the unlocks are not performed in house, and thus, *we* did not ship your PCM to the wrong address. But we're still taking care of it, regardless.
We can't change the fact that it happened, and the fastest way to address that it happened, is to expedite the part to you, which is what we did. Even though we had nothing to do with your PCM going to the wrong address.
