It is recommended to replace tensioners anytime the cam is replaced. They are made of plastic and do fatigue over time. The chain is not known for stretching but it does happen with higher mileage engines so it's never a bad idea to replace chain as well. We sell the whole kit together because you probably should replace it all anyway.

Instruction was good, and install was simple. Kit still works well and mds kit is simple to install.
I’ve had a total of three different cams in my car but the trident frp cam hits different
