This product covers remote tuning services using either HP Tuners or SCT, depending on your vehicle and supported hardware. The tuning process, requirements, revision structure, and policies apply equally regardless of platform.
We stock and ship HP Tuners MPVI4 interfaces.
However, MPVI4 does NOT currently support the following controllers:
Mopar JTEC
JTEC+
JTEC+B
NGC3
You must supply one of the following:
HP Tuners MPVI3, or
SCT X3 handheld (PN# 3200)
We do not sell MPVI3 or SCT handhelds.
ALL tuning services are sold as a window of time.
Your tuning window is 90 days from the date the first tune file is sent
All revisions, refinements, and support must occur within this window
Unused time is not refundable or extendable

We request that tuning be scheduled through our Retail Tuning Scheduler where appointments can be made. This ensures fastest turnaround, and the highest standard of service.
Canned tuning is intended for stock or mild bolt-on cars, trucks, and Jeeps.
Supported modifications include:
Cold air intakes
Intake manifolds
Aftermarket or modified OEM throttle bodies
Headers and exhaust systems
These calibrations are designed around common, proven combinations and are tested for drivability, reliability, and consistency.
Canned tunes are NOT intended for:
Aftermarket or non-OEM camshafts
Non-OEM injectors
Ported or aftermarket cylinder heads
Misuse of canned tuning outside its intended scope is the customer’s responsibility.
One complimentary canned-tune update is included on most platforms (HP Tuners and SCT) when revisions or improvements become available. Contact us to confirm eligibility. Must be within 90 day window.

Cylinder head modifications
Forged internals
Stroker assemblies
This package covers full calibration refinement for naturally aspirated combinations.
Requirements:
Wideband O₂ sensor
Datalogging capability
Laptop computer
Required for all supercharged or turbocharged applications.
This includes calibration for:
2-bar MAP sensor conversions (SRT-4 style)
Larger injectors
Boost-based fueling, timing, and airflow modeling
Supporting modifications specific to your setup
Requirements:
Wideband O₂ sensor
Datalogging capability
Intercooler or water/meth injection is required
A 1-bar MAP tune can be provided upon request.
