This OEM Timing Set has 4 options

- Tensioners Only
- Chain with Tensioners

It is recommended to replace tensioners anytime the cam is replaced. They are made of plastic and do fatigue over time. The chain is not known for stretching but it does happen with higher mileage engines so it's never a bad idea to replace chain as well.
